Returns
Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting images or videos.
Refunds
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Customized machines, installed equipment, and used products are non-refundable unless defective.
Cancellation
Order cancellations are accepted only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
